Managed Router Support Services is comprised of: Router Configuration, Managed Router, and Advanced Managed Router.
Router Configuration Services provides the setup of all router configurations from the outset with ongoing configuration support. For Managed Router Services, our Network Operations Center (NOC) engineers maintain a constant vigilance over all of InterGlobe’s-managed routers via a SMNP and Netflow based monitoring system, which automatically generates a customer incident report and subsequent trouble ticket if an outage is detected. Advanced Managed Router customers receive the additional benefit of proactive notification from our Data TAC Engineers.
