Private Early Childhood Development School

Our client in the education industry operates Private Early Childhood Development Schools in seven different locations.

When this client first contacted InterGlobe, we took the time to understand their business operations as part of our White Glove Service. We analyzed their existing phone system and found that after decades of service with their old provider, their bills were crammed with hundreds of telephone numbers. The client wasn’t sure which of the numbers they were even using. We scrutinized all of these phone numbers and discovered that out of hundreds of phone lines, they only needed a few per school.

To add to the client’s problems, their phones weren’t interconnected. This meant that each time a call was placed between School A and School B, the client was charged for a call. The cost of calls made from each school was exorbitant.

Our analysis showed that our Hosted VMAX business phone system would vastly improve the client’s operations. We installed a system for them and connected their phones to an off-premise IP-PBX, which is hosted and maintained by InterGlobe. The client will never fall behind new technologies again, because we will take care of all future upgrades and ongoing maintenance.

The system we installed created an interconnected network of phones for our client: School A can now dial School B without being charged for a phone call. We cut their invoice in half and consolidated all seven sites onto one bill that was easy to read. Additionally, InterGlobe’s participation in the E-Rate Program allowed the client to receive reimbursement for more than half of what they were being billed.
