Auto Repair Company

Implementing a phone system for improved performance and VoIP features, on a single bill with drastically reduced costs.

An Auto Repair Shop with three locations in New Jersey was paying too much for their phone service and called InterGlobe Communications for help.

We met with the customer, asked them to explain their business to us—and then we listened to what they had to say; this is the first step in our White Glove Service.

We learned that each of their locations had a different contracted carrier for business communications. Each carrier provided internet service for data and a separately billed phone service. The customer’s phone accounts had been set up for unlimited nationwide calling, for which they were paying a very high price per line. They wanted to lower their costs, and also upgrade to Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phones for the advanced features available.

After analyzing their needs, we advised the customer that we could cut their costs in half by moving their phones to our cloud-based VMAX® Business Phone Service. They were eager for us to get started.

For this installation, we had the client keep their existing internet service providers, but drop the phone portion from their internet bills. To implement their new VMAX® service, we provided the client with VoIP phones, both corded and cordless. For making calls, we set up the system so that the phones connect to the internet over the client’s existing internet service that was already in place.

VMAX® enables the client to take advantage of numerous VoIP features, such as Auto Attendant, an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system—callers can use their voice or keypad tones to route their call, without having to wait to speak to multiple people. VMAX® also supports Caller ID, Call Forwarding and many other features.

A significant advantage we offer to all of our clients is unified billing. This client now receives a single invoice from us, which clearly shows all voice services for their multiple locations on one bill.

And about those bills? The monthly amount they now pay per phone line and per call is less than half of what their old system cost. VMAX® phone service has proven to be much more cost effective.

Improved performance, VoIP features, a single bill, drastically reduced costs—with VMAX®, we were able to give this client even more than they had asked for. They are very satisfied with their new phone service, and we are pleased that we could help another customer improve their business communications.
